FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — A free screening of the last episode of the television series “Stick”, which is set in Fort Wayne, is available on Wednesday at the Cinema Center.

Stick is a new sports comedy on AppleTV+ starring Owen Wilson and created by Indianapolis native Jason Keller.

Keller says this show is about ordinary people, aiming to portray golf in the most authentic way possible.

“That’s why I was excited to set the show in Fort Wayne, and centralize it in Indiana, because I thought it was important to tell the story of everyday Americans,” Keller said. “Hopefully, audiences see a little bit of themselves in the characters of Stick, maybe identify a little bit with some of their problems, and feel a little less alone.”
