The Board of Directors governs Cinema Center. Board members share an interest in film but are diverse with regard to age, race, religion, concerns, and interests. The Board is responsible for determining the priorities and policies of Cinema Center.

Staff

The Executive Director works closely with both the staff and the board to oversee the direction of Cinema Center. The Cinema Center staff is responsible for the day-to-day management of the theater.
